Jihoon Lee

Research Interests: Ji Hoon’s research focuses on developing innovative devices for microplastics sampling and pretreatment, improving detection and analysis methods for environmental monitoring. Additionally, he works on synthesizing advanced catalysts for water treatment and sustainable hydrogen production. His efforts are particularly geared toward enabling the efficient generation of green hydrogen, contributing to cleaner energy solutions and environmental remediation.

Background: Ji Hoon is passionate about sustainable development and dream of using water technologies to make a positive global impact. In 2019, he was part of a team that won the Hult Prize on campus for our sustainable watch company concept. This experience further fueled his interest in sustainability. In his free time, Ji Hoon enjoy immersing myself in movies and TV dramas. He is also dedicated to fitness, with a particular enthusiasm for CrossFit.
