I am a visiting scholar in Dr. Qilin Li’s lab. I am also a doctoral candidate at Tongji University. My research direction is on advanced reduction processes (ARPs) i.e., photocatalytic processes for water treatment. I have success in the degradation of common anions from water with homogeneous and heterogeneous photocatalytic processes. Currently, I also study the issue of anions reduction with novel electrochemical technologies e.g. capacitive deionization (CDI). For CDI, my work involves the development of novel electrode materials, process efficiencies and their degradation mechanisms and application.
